MOUNTAIN BIKE EXCURSION BERBER VILLAGES
Departure from Marrakech around 8 a.m. and road to the High Atlas and the Toubkal massif, to Lake Lalla Takerkoust located on the first foothills of the Atlas, where we will take our mountain bikes for a warm-up to the village of Taghenchoute.
Then a good climb will take us to the Kik plateau and its green hills with a superb view of the Toubkal mountains. After a nice mountain bike ride through terraced gardens and adobe villages, the track will quickly gain altitude.
Last pedal strokes to descend with our bikes to the village of Asni where we find our vehicle to return to Marrakech. Picnic along the way.

To reach the Toubkal National Park we will cross superb and timeless landscapes, mule tracks, hillside douars where shepherds graze their flock on the steep slopes of the mountain, facing the snow-capped peaks of Jebel Toubkal, and the Kik plateau, located above the Berber village of Asni. This immense plateau of altitude dominates the Lalla Takerkoust dam.
